How to Order a Parking Decal

To order a decal, you will need to register an account in our parking management system, so please follow the steps below to do so. Once that's done, you can login to the account and order a decal, pay any citations, etc. If you have any trouble with it, please stop by the police office on your campus and an officer can help you in person.

  1. Go to the link https://portal.permitsales.net/driverportal/CoastalAlabama/register or search Parking Decal on the Coastal Alabama webpage and navigate to the Register Your Account page.
  2. When on the Register Your Account page, enter your student A# as the ID Number, select a username and password, and enter your student A# email address. When done, click the blue Register Account button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. You will receive an email to "verify" the account creation, just follow its instructions to complete the verification.
  4. Once you have verified the account, return to the Login to Your Account page via the college website or click the link https://portal.permitsales.net/driverportal/CoastalAlabama/login
  5. Login using the info you created, then you will progress through several pages where you will enter your driver license info, vehicle info, address, phone#, etc. If you fail to enter all of the required info, it will show you the error. Once all of the info is entered correctly, refresh the page or logout and log back in. Then you will navigate through the order a decal process (you should only see the type of decal you are eligible for). You click it, Add to Cart, Checkout (you pay with a card). Once the order is complete, it will email you a confirmation and the actual decal will be mailed to the address you entered. That's it!

If you forget your username or password, use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password buttons on the login page to reset them. Remember that each decal is valid for one academic year, so if you plan to be a two-year student you will need to order a new decal next Fall so be sure to keep your login info handy since you'll login to the same account next year.
