Skills for Success at Coastal Alabama is a workforce training initiative by the Alabama Community College System (ACCS) Innovation Center that provides no-cost, hands-on training to Alabamians in indemand career fields to address workforce skills gaps. The program offers a hybrid model of self-paced online learning combined with in-person, hands-on instruction at community colleges
