Course Overview:

The purpose of this class is to introduce students to the field of Advanced Manufacturing/Mechatronics. This class will provide an overview of modern manufacturing techniques including automation and robotics, precision measurement, lean principles, quality control, and employability skills. The class will blend classroom theory and hands-on work in the lab to give the students a firm understanding of what is expected of an Advanced Manufacturing/Mechatronics technician.
