Coastal Alabama Community College’s Early Alert program is dedicated to creating a healthier and more secure environment for students experiencing academic, mental health or crisis situations. Coupled with our efforts promoting lifelong wellbeing, the program helps connect those in need with specialized services and resources, on campus and beyond.
Through the program’s digital interface, those within our campus communities can report a concern, which then immediately goes to the Early Alert Behavior Intervention Team for review and action. The team includes campus counselors, directors, law enforcement personnel and others trained to help. Early Alert ensures anonymity and confidentiality throughout, and will lead to a plan of action to lead each student to their unique level of success, so they can continue to live their best life.
