Associate Degree Nursing (RN) Program

This is a full-time day program designed to prepare students to practice as competent registered nurses (RN) after passing the licensure exam.
Students are awarded a Practical Nursing Certificate upon completion of the third semester and are eligible to take the practical nursing licensure exam for LPNs.
Students who successfully complete the five-semester program are awarded an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and are eligible to take the licensure exam to become an RN.

Atmore, Thomasville Campus: Apply August 1 – October 1 for Spring Semester and April 1 - June 1 for Fall Semester entry. View Application

Bay Minette Campus: Apply January 1 - March 1 for Summer Semester entry. View Application

This is a full-time day program designed to prepare students to practice as competent Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Students who successfully complete this program are awarded a Practical Nursing Certificate and are eligible to take the licensure exam to become an LPN.
Graduates of this program may apply for the Mobility (LPN to RN) Program to complete the associate degree in nursing after having passed the NCLEX-PN.
Students are not allowed to continue in the traditional ADN track past the third semester.

This application is for current, Alabama licensed LPNs and Paramedics who would like to complete the Associate Degree in Nursing.
This program is offered each fall semester on the Bay Minette, Brewton, and Thomasville Campuses.
