Audit Request Form

Audit Policy:
Students seeking to audit a class(es) must complete all steps for admission to the college. Also, audit students must have all transcripts from high school and college(s) sent to the Admissions office. Students enrolled in a course(s) for audit only are expected to attend classes and must adhere to all college rules and regulations regarding the withdrawal from the course(s) or college if they choose to do so.
This form must be completed to receive AUDIT approval for the class(es) and MUST be submitted by the end of the drop/add period during which the student wishes to audit the course(s). Requests to audit a class after the drop/add period will not be granted.
