Replacement Diploma Request Form

Coastal Alabama Community College may provide a replacement diploma in situations where the original diploma is lost or damaged. Since an exact duplicate of the original diploma is, in most cases, impossible, the new diploma will be issued in the format currently used by the college and will bear the signatures of the current officials.

 

It normally takes two to four weeks to prepare a duplicate diploma once the request has been submitted and payment has been made. To request a replacement diploma, please complete this form. The $25 replacement diploma fee will be added to your student account within 3-5 business days, after which you may pay the fee online via your OneACCS student account or contact the Business Office at 251.580.2217 for other ways to pay.

Diploma Mailing Information

Coastal Alabama has partnered with Parchment to offer digital and paper diplomas for graduates. Here are some things you need to know about the diploma process:

  1. WAIT FOR THE EMAIL: Keep a check on your email account and/or text messages for a notification that your digital diploma has been issued. The email will come from Parchment. 
  2. CREATE AND VERIFY YOUR PROFILE: Follow the link in the email or text message to create your Parchment Digital Profile on Parchment.com to claim your digital diploma.  
  3. VIEW, DOWNLOAD, SHARE: Share your digital diploma on Facebook, LinkedIn or download a secure .pdf version to store at home. 
  4. PAPER DIPLOMAS: Once you are able to access and view your digital diploma on the Parchment website, your paper replacement diploma will not be far behind! Diplomas will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and you can check the progress of your paper diploma through your Parchment account. 
  5. QUESTIONS: If you have questions or problems after you have received your digital diploma notification, you must email Parchment directly at congratulations@parchment.com.
